Mission 

TEACH Tech Charter High School is committed to providing students with the tools for personal and academic success in a safe, technologically-focused learning environment. This mission drives every decision at TEACH Tech, from course design and staffing to scheduling and community partnerships, ensuring that every student receives a college-preparatory education grounded in technology integration, high expectations, and whole-child development. 

 

Vision 

TEACH Tech Charter High School strives to foster a community of critical thinkers and lifelong learners who use technology to transform our world. Upon graduation, students carry forward the knowledge, skills, and character developed at TEACH Tech and apply them to their postsecondary pursuits and to the betterment of their communities. TEACH Tech creates an educational environment where students develop the confidence, competency, and civic-mindedness to shape a better future. 

 

Schoolwide Learner Outcomes (ESLRs) 

TEACH Tech Charter High School’s Schoolwide Learner Outcomes, also referred to as Expected Schoolwide Learning Results (ESLRs), describe the attributes and competencies all TEACH Tech graduates demonstrate. These outcomes are embedded in curriculum, assessments, and school culture, and are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the educational program: 

• Think Critically: Students analyze information, evaluate evidence, draw reasoned conclusions, and apply higher-order thinking across all content areas and in their personal and professional lives.

• Work Collaboratively: Students demonstrate teamwork, respect diverse perspectives, and contribute positively to group endeavors in the classroom and in the community. 

• Communicate Effectively: Students read, write, speak, and listen with clarity and purpose across academic disciplines and in real-world contexts, including college and career settings.

• Be Civic Minded: Students understand their role as active citizens, demonstrate social responsibility, and apply their education to improve their communities and advocate for a more just world.
