Character Pillars

Each month:

• Lesson in Advisory to discuss, explore and reinforce what each Pillar signifies.

• Student is awarded for demonstrating the key aspects of each pillar.

• Students present (open to creativity) how they represent each pillar in their day-to-day life.

 

Daily Practice:

• Incorporate the Pillar language into your conversations with your students

• Reinforce Restorative Practices by re-directing students to the monthly Pillar

• Have the Pillar posted in your classroom and build behavior expectations around the current monthly Pillar and the previous Pillars
