Hello TEACH Academy Families!

We kindly ask if you would like to update your child's Emergency Card. You can either come by the office to complete the update, or send your student to pick up a blank Emergency Card to fill out.
Please note that any individual requesting to pick up a student from the office who is NOT listed on the Emergency Card will not be permitted to do so.
