Principal's Corner

Greetings, families, community members, and website visitors!

My name is Christian Gomez, and I am extremely proud to be

the Interim Principal at TEACH Academy of Technologies. This is

my 8th year at the middle school, and during this time I’ve

taken on the roles of Teacher, Dean of Students, Assistant

Principal, and now Interim Principal. 

 

It is my utmost priority to provide a safe and nurturing

environment for our students to grow in. Along with teaching to

academic standards, we take pride in our whole child

approach to education, which has a strong focus on character

development. Our schoolwide curriculum includes lessons

relating to cooperation, kindness, and respectful behavior,

among other values that we make sure our students

understand and learn to live by. We strive to ensure that each

and every TEACH student leaves us with a college-ready mentality and the skillset to thrive in a variety of workplaces. 

 

We understand that an effective learning environment goes hand in hand with a strong community foundation. As I step into this role, it is important to me that our families know that I am welcoming all questions, concerns, and feedback in order to continue to improve our school. Your voice matters, and we will make the time to have whatever conversation you feel is necessary to have.
