About TAT Counseling Program
The counseling program at TEACH Academy of Technologies provides various services for all students and is designed to assist students in developing socially, emotionally, and academically. We provide counseling support through individual and small groups, classroom lessons, school events, and collaboration with staff and parents.
The role of a school counselor is to provide short-term interventions that help students with concerns impacting their school performance. School counselors do not diagnose or provide therapy. If further support is needed, we collaborate with families to discuss options for ongoing outside support.
