Founding Principal Fellowship

Partner with us to design and launch a new Charter School in your community!

​

The Fellowship is designed to support the community building, design, and launch of new charter schools in North Carolina, South Carolina, New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada.

THE CHARTER APPLICATION PHASE

TEACH provides training and structured guidance for all aspects of creating a new school, including:

  • analyzing community needs

  • engaging the community

  • building a founding board

  • school design

  • securing facilities

  • accessing funding opportunities

  • policy development

PRE-OPENING & BEYOND

TEACH will provide coaching and support focused on the following areas:

  • using data to move academic results,

  • managing and developing talent

  • becoming a strong teacher coach

  • implementing a strategic growth plan
