Hello 6th Grade Families, 


Please take advantage of this wonderful opportunity!



PARTNERS FOR HEALTHY KIDS MOBILE CLINIC will be at TEACH Academy on Friday, March 6th, 2026.


9:00 am- 3:30 pm.


Right across the building in the parking lot.



FREE Childhood immunizations for children ages 2-18, FREE FLU SHOTS FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN


Medi-Cal, Uninsured, American Indian, or Alaskan Native descent eligible


California state law requires all entering 7th-grade students to have two doses of varicella, 2 doses of MMR, and the Tdap immunization before starting school. Please check your child's immunization record or with your medical provider to verify that your child is up to date with the LAUSD & State Mandated Immunizations.


If your child is up to date, please bring the immunization record to our main office so we may update our records. If not, we recommend visiting your medical provider to be compliant in a timely manner.
