Good morning TEACH families!



As a friendly reminder that today is a REGULAR school day and NOT a minimum day. Please see the attached TEACH Academic Calendar for more information.



- Algin Sutton Recreation Center will be hosting the Pretty in Pink Girls Empowerment Conference on Saturday, March 7th, from 9 am-4 pm. The ages of participants are from 9 to 17 years of age. It will be a day of confidence, connection, and empowerment! This is a free event where there will be guest speakers, giveaways, important session which will include girl talk, creative arts & STEM, and sports! Lunch and snacks will be included. - The Children's Collective, Inc. offers FREE income tax preparation where you can submit an interest form here. The Children's Collective, Inc. is located at 915 W. Manchester Ave. Please call at 323-789-4717 with any questions. Please see attached flyers.



- The Los Angeles County Phase II of the Emergency Rent Relief Program for both tenants and landlords has now launched through Wednesday, March 11th. This program provides financial assistance to help eligible tenants and landlords cover past-due rent and related housing costs due to emergency financial hardships. Please see attached flyers for important information. You can apply at their site here.
